IMPORTANT CHRISTMAS DELIVERY 2011 (November - December): Please allow up to 5 days for dispatch.  If you qualify for free delivery or use our standard delivery of £3.95 - place your order by 12pm Saturday 17th December to receive your order in time for Christmas*.  If you would like to pay an additional charge of £2 per order you can place your order by 12pm Tuesday 20th December to receive your order in time for Christmas*. For a GUARANTEED NEXT DAY SERVICE* this is available for orders placed by 12pm Thursday 22nd December at a charge of £14.95 per parcel. Please note these charges relate to UK mainland only.  TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL POSTAGE CHARGE, AFTER PLACING YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY EMAIL OR CALL US WITH YOUR ORDER REFERENCE. Delivery charges may vary outside of this zone. Please enquire in advance of these dates and times to avoid disappointment.

BAD WEATHER DELAY- In the event of bad weather please expect delays in receiving your order.

GRAPE THINGS WILL BE CLOSED FROM 1PM 24TH DECEMBER 2011 AND WILL REOPEN 2ND JANUARY 2012.  WE WILL NOT BE DISPATCHING ANY ORDERS BETWEEN DECEMBER 24TH 2011 AND JANUARY 2ND 2012

All orders will require a signature upon receipt. As standard we aim to dispatch in 1-2 days however, please allow 3-5 days in busier periods (excludes special order items and hampers).

*Next Day Delivery - 
Orders placed and received before 12pm will be dispatched using our next day service and will arrive between the hours of 9am - 5pm the next following day. Excludes orders placed on Saturday and Sunday’s. Not available during the months of November and December.

£3.95 standard delivery charge. 
For orders of £50 and over delivery is free

Non-mainland UK including Northern Ireland, Europe and the rest of the world may be subject to additional charges, you will be notified at the time of order.

Large bulky and special order items may be subject to additional carriage charges and delivery times may vary, you will be notified of this once we receive your order.

We dispatch goods in a swift and timely fashion. We will contact you (usually before dispatch) if we know your order is likely to be delayed.
IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR (CONFIRMED AS DISPATCHED) ORDER AFTER 5 DAYS PLEASE CONTACT US.

Grape Things will not accept liability nor accept any claim for loss, damage or shortcomings unless we receive notification within 7 days of confirmed dispatch. We will only issue refunds/replacements for items reported as not received/lost 14 days after dispatch date, 21 days in November and December.
