Decanting

Decanting wine is definitely a process that you should take your time over but we know it's not always possible. A wine breather is great when you simply don't have time. Place the breather in the top of the bottle and it will gently aerate the wine for you in minutes - ready for serving. When using your funnel to decant older wines or port check that it comes with a mesh filter, as this is where any sediment will be caught in the decanting process. Using a funnel alone is usually fine when decanting younger wines.
